Education Payment Policies

Cancellation/Refunds: A 100% refund will be given IF the request has been received up to 5 DAYS prior to the date of the class. A 50% refund will be given IF the request is received less than 5 DAYS prior to the date of the class.

Transfers & Substitutions are honored up to the date of the class, but a $10.00 transfer fee will be charged. Fees not applied within 5 DAYS of the event will be handled as a "no show".

"No Shows" (Absentees): No office contact or explanation by the DAY of the class will lose 100% of their registration fees.

PROMPT contact with our office may prevent the loss of registration fees!!
